Starbucks - Why

I have been visiting this restaurant for a long time, even since I was a child, but I have never encountered such a rude barista like Shaleem. She lacks customer service skills and I can barely hear her, it seems like she hates her job. It's frustrating because there always seems to be something wrong with my order when Shaleem is working behind the counter. To top it off, she gave me a kid's size when I paid for a normal small size. After going back, I was able to get the correct size, but this has been the fifth time I've had an issue with her.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks location! The staff are all incredibly friendly and sweet. Plus, there is plenty of parking available.

There was a very long line with only one staff member working. When I requested to speak to the manager, I was informed that she was not available.

Caramel macchiato taste like water and I added extra shots at Starbucks

Favorite baristas. They make my order prefect every time.
