The staff is rude (drive thru) she didn?t get my order right, she over charged and was rude about it at the window, I asked for her name and she said Jazmine, go ahead and call it won?t affect me, and rolled her eyes, at that point my daughter who was in the back seat yelled you?re very rude Jazmine, needless to say we will never eat there again.

No ranch in the store and the my soda tasted like they were running low on syrup. They usually do good so ill chock it up to the struggling times we're all in. I'll be back soon

The drive-thru line was about five cars deep. So my sister I decided to go inside. As I walked in I notice the dining area was pretty empty. So I figured my food order should be done pretty quick. As I was waiting in-line for someone to take my order no one acknowledged me as everyone walked by the counter. I did lock eyes with a few employees but no one acknowledged me after waiting for 5 mins. I this point I decided to take my business across the street at IHOP. where as soon as I walked in I got seated right away and my food served with in 10min. It's funny how businesses are crying about low sales. But your customer service is terrible. As of today I will never set foot in your location. Btw here is a photo in how fast IHOP prepared my food.

Not good service. They always take so long on giving you your food to dine in. Staff is friendly and respectful but they need to learn how to expedite and take orders at the same time on the front counter so us customers won?t get mad and have our food on time and still hot.
