White Castle - Whiting

Wow, I must say, I was really impressed with the amazing service and spot-on recommendation for the Jalapeño Jack dish at this restaurant!

I have had great customer service experiences at this White Castle. My children enjoy the waffles, mozzarella sticks, and fries. The staff is welcoming at the window and they always make sure to check your order. The service is consistently good, which is a major plus for a fast food chain in my opinion. The manager is dedicated, which I have noticed on two separate occasions. The only minor issue I have is that they don't always add salt to the fries, but I suspect it may be for health reasons or to save on salt. Overall, I give this White Castle 4 stars for their excellent service, attention to orders, and efficient fast food experience. The location can be a bit inconvenient, but the quality of service and food make up for it. I have visited at various times and have always had a good experience.

To begin with, this is a White Castle establishment, so let's not expect anything too extravagant. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 12 bacon breakfast sandwiches on toast and two orders of 10-piece cheese sticks. The sandwiches were delicious and you can never go wrong with cheese sticks. The service was good and I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I had everything in my pocket ready to go. This particular location is one of my favorites in the area.

This location is great. The service is incredibly excellent. They are fast and organized. The food is packed and properly prepared. The workers there are super nice

Been going here over 40 years. Probably the best White Castle around. Heard rumors they're going to completely renovate the place. Lots of history here. Built in the mid 1930s, I believe.
