Pizza Hut - Whiteville

Waited 10 minutes before anyone came to bring a menu. The service is awful!!She came back twice to ask WHAT we ordered. A family came in AFTER us and were eating-2 pizzas!!. We still did not have our food yet!!!! We had to go to the counter and get our own refills of beverage. After 20 more minutes…..we finally got our pizza.Took an hour to get our food.WILL NOT be going back.Nope NOT again.Over an hour wasted there!!Terrible terrible place to eat.

Very slow service ordered and didn't get my food until a hour later. Needs new management bad been like this for months!!

The food was overdone. The service was nonexistent. I waited 15 minutes just to pay while standing at the cash register. The buffet was not serviced the entire time we were there.

Came and picked up my pizza the food was amazing but the employees have a bad additude Everytime I come and pick up pizza. Bread sticks were the only thing that was wrong they where like rocks.

The food, and service were fine, but the large amount of screaming children that came in about 10 minutes after we did was not a good experience. Not pizza Hut's fault. We obviously picked the wrong night to come here.
