It's always just flat out good ole home cooking and delicious food with great service. Yes it's busy and they are severely understaffed, but always worth the wait. Never a bad experience here.

Very good food. Fast friendly service. We had a large party and they handled it without any problems.

This place wasn't even half busy but it took them 30 minutes to seat us. We finally were sat and every waiter walked by us for 17 minutes not asking us for drinks. Then finally a waiter came and took out complete order. We then waited an additional 12 and still did not receive any drinks. Mean while the large manager is just pacing back and forth in front of the fireplace. Horrible service and professionalism.

I have had some bad experiences in the last few months from cracker barrel, so I must share this tremendously pleasurable experience I had at cracker barrel of Whitestown IN. The server, I think Niki, was on it like a professional; she was caring, kind, and accommodating. I was tremendously hungry and wanted a little bit of everything, and she got it, no questions asked. I drink A LOT of water, and my glass never was empty more than just a few minutes before it was filled. The food was outstanding and rekindled my love of cracker barrel. The staff here has definitely strengthened my faith and love of these nostalgic, iconic, and beloved restaurants. Thank you, you don't know how much this means to me and my family and you are here in our home town!
