Mcdonald's - Whitestone

A lot of turnover like a zombie filled dighof. I used to be here when I was younger all the time; but not so much now. once found in the ball pit an unwrapped but uneaten cheeseburger. that's always with you.

Staff very friendly, took care of order relatively quickly.

There's a manager in this location whos worked there for over 20 years. You can't miss her, she's not hard to spot, she's the worst employee any business can have. It stands to reason why this is the worst mcdonalds on the planet. I've been coming here for decades, so I should know. If you have no alternatives be prepared for something to go wrong, this place can screw up any order. If your feeling adventurous try the mobile app, lots of interesting results, non of which result in what you ordered and definitely not quick. I've placed an order, pulled up to my spot, got distracted by my phone and realized 20 minutes later I hadn't be served. I called their number, she answered, told me they had no such order. I went inside showed her my phone, still no luck. 5 minutes later a kid comes out with my order, albeit ice cold, but mine.

I absolutely hate this location. I’ve had numerous problems with this location and spoke to several different managers. It’s my neighborhood location so I tried to support it , but at this point I give up !! Don’t bother speaking to these so called managers barely human beings I mean they just let anyone be a manager at this location! Did manager luze even graduate high school! Yes I asked for her name it was it was an insane altercation . I felt like I was talking a wall. Literally the other employee that wasn’t a manager helped me more in that situation. The manager w the hair net and beard(female) straight up told me that she didn’t care and just stared at me with a blank face A different altercation and time )Even if **** came down himself it wouldn’t help her or this location. Who is running this McDonald’s! I have had it with location I’m tired of having to call the manager over every time I am there. Incase you were wondering yes there is male managers there , no they don’t make the place better there’s a tall dorky kid and I don’t know if he doesn’t speak or what he couldn’t even repeat my order back to me. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A FIGHT WITH Multiple people feel free to come to this location!!

It was good. Guy at the counter was very nice and helpful
