Yukon BBQ - Whitehorse

Kilrich is a large supplier of wooden garden and building materials. The staff, particularly the shipyard workers, are excellent. My only complaint is that the customer service is top-notch whenever there are issues. It truly feels like a northern establishment where they work diligently and honestly.

The service at this restaurant is excellent. They have a wonderful selection of tools and hardware, as well as everything you could need in lumber.

Friendly people, efficient, knowledgeable. Good place to get your supplies.

Never a complaint had always great service from the shelf or special orders. If they are from a product, it is for suppliers problems do not do what they do.

My experience with Kilrich Industries was average. They did not have the specific lumber I needed in stock and offered me longer boards that were not in line with my budget. The lack of accommodation for my needs is why I'm giving them an average review. If they had offered me a discount on the longer boards, I would have likely given them a five-star review. I will now be returning to Home Hardware for my lumber needs.
