Subway - Whitehorse

I had to wait longer than anticipated at 6pm on a Friday night due to only one staff member, but she was very friendly. The chicken teriyaki was a bit fatty, but overall I enjoyed my sub.

Our experience at Subway was disappointing. The service was rushed and chaotic, and the staff was incredibly rude. We will not be returning to eat here again.

The young woman appeared to be upset when a customer interrupted her phone call. The sandwich I ordered was subpar and the service was lacking. I felt like I could have made a better sandwich myself, even though I am a landscape architect. Instead of asking me what type of salad I wanted, the server just said "What else?" when I called. The music playing from the speaker was uncomfortably loud, and it seemed to be coming from the roof. It seems like they hired teenagers to work there, and it showed in the lack of care and attention to detail. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The employees are consistently rude/and or incompetent. I enjoy the subway and must reassure myself for this because it is closest to me, but the service was terrible.
