Bidrage med feedbackSince they added the store in Walmart, you cannot order delivery during the day and get it. The website forces you to use the Walmart location who also happens to be ran by kids. They don't call to let you know they don't deliver, make the food and letit sit til you call. Makes no sense, a shame cause dominos has a bunch of stuff I can get on the weekends but gotta order elsewhere.

We now have a store opened inside the Whitehall Walmart, so some of you guys that order from Mickley road, will be transfered to that store, depending onwhat part of Whitehall you are in. I know it gets confusing and sometimes frustrating, but we are all learning new areas now. Ifyou are ever waiting on an order and you happened to order through the app, please remember you can scroll to the bottom of yourorder, and it will tell you what store will be delivering to you. We are striving to provide great customer service and tocontinue to offer our customers great deals. Please bare with us in this transition. We appreciate you all.
Called in a phone oder for this restaurant for the first time. MC was staying at the Ramada Inn and they were .5 of a mile away. Figured great, easy to order dinner. What a laugh! Called in at 2:13, see picture below. Ordered over phone. Called again at3:06 and the automated message said that it was on its way. Still no pizza. Called a third time at 3:32 and waited for a personto answer the phone. The man who answered was rude, argumentative, and hung up on me and called MC a liar. Every number is thisstores number that was called. They finally showed up at 3:57. The driver claimed he couldn't make change. The pizza was coldand stuck to the box. So from 2:13 to 3:57 for one pizza 0.5 miles away! Seriously?! If I could give 0 stars I would have afterwhat MC went through. This Domino's doesn't care about new customers, doesn't care about delivering to the hotels nearby, anddefinitely doesn't care about making someone wait almost 2 hours and still charged a 4.29 delivery fee! No saying they aresorry. No excuses, even though there is not one. Just rude people who obviously don't care about their job, representing theDomino's brand or delivering a worthwhile product. Yes, he ate the pieces, he was starving and had a horrible headache. And heneeded to sleep before making a delivery of his own. He had driven 18 hours before ordering this pizza. Needless to say, hefelt horrible later that night and the next day. (This was dictated to me from the person who made the order. If thisDomino's is like this, they need to either get all new crew members and managers or just close down for good! I'm sure theydon't care about the reviews written about them. But you all, reading this, need to know what you are up against if you chooseto order from them.
If I could give a 10th of a star I would. I called the phone number placed an order for a medium thin crust gave the address etc etc hour and a half later I called cuz I'm like where is this they told me it would be 25 minutes then when I got an actualperson on the line he said no you did not order from us and hung up on me this is the rudest most unbelievable excuse I haveever heard of in the world for a service place
Manager wouldn't help the only other employee working ALONE, resulting in mine and everybody else's order to take 1hr+. Also, there were bugs on EVERYTHING. I figure there has to be a limit or something, but I've never seen a fast food restaurant with somany flies and bugs all over the food.
