Arby's - Whitehall

It took over 20 minutes when a part of my order was missing. every time something is missing from order. absolutely ridiculous, can never get a command right. as it was, they tried to order me for someone else when I ordered/paid online. beyond the disappointment

Actually went BACK to this store after taking food home from drive thru, both sandwiches poorly lacking meat. They denied the sad looking turkey sandwich which looked like it was made by a 1st grader for a 1st grader. Asked them to weigh the meat and it was 1/3 what it was supposed to be. And they weren’t even apologetic. This site serves consistently poor food, and it used to be good. Poor management.

Went through drive through. Took 9 min. for one car ahead of of me. Finally placed my order. Pulled up after paying they asked if I wanted any sauce...I asked for bronco berry sauce and they said sorry no... this would have been good to know before, I wouldn't have ordered the poppers. Was actually disappointed...other than that it was an ok experience. Food didn't seem very but tasted fine.

Grabbed some sandwiches for kids and it took awhile to get them, but it was still faster then cooking it myself, lol. Staff was friendly, but seemed more interested in chatting with each other than prepping. Food turned out ok.

I love the fish sandwich now there's a spicy fish sandwich. Also, the jalapeño bites were fantastic too. Ordered something I've never ordered before and it turned out super good. I like to make an Arnold palmer with the light lemonade unsweetened tea. No fries this trip.
