Crossroads Cafe - White River Junction

This is a local diner with the usual food and drinks fare. Prices are very reasonable and ambiance is adequate.

We walked in early Sunday morning right after they opened. It was our first visit. Very quiet. Perfect for a casual, home cooked breakfast. I tried the breakfast sandwich and my husband had the western omelet. Both were fresh. Good portion size, not over the top. Very reasonably priced. Place is a lot more spacious than the outside may suggest so no issues in terms of social distancing when dining inside. We would come back.

My wife and I had breakfast here and found the bread to be amazing! The food felt professional and well done, a step up from a greasy spoon to be sure. Though it wasn't busy, we did not get a coffee refill until we got our check and asked for one. i would definitely recommend and will stop again as we visit our son in college.
