Portions suck and customer service is horrible. South Willow St location is much better

Disgusting. We walked in and saw how dirty it was… we turned around and walked out! Plenty of workers … definitely no excuses! Floors, tables, counters… all filthy !!

This place is always gross, tables never wiped down, ice all over the drink area and trash over flowing. Seems like it is getting worse. Saw an employee come back from break and jump right on the line without washing his hands before. Needless to say we left after that one.

The portions here are absolutely awful. Avoid takeout if at all possible since the portions are even smaller than dine-in.

Store is great but corporate needs to change the policy about qesadillas only being ordered online sometimes ordering in store is faster.
