Good food just not wise management.Dear management McDonald's sells breakfast until 11. Consider selling breakfast until 11 to make more money.

To make matters worse, when I received my burger it was undercooked - raw and cold, not even at a medium well temperature. When I informed the cashier, they took it to what appeared to be a manager, who responded with indifference and even rolled her eyes and laughed. I was given a new burger but the experience was so unpleasant that I will never return and plan to file a detailed complaint.

Incredibly rude service. Two male employees were talking. Didn’t move to serve customers until they were done their conversation.When they served the food, asking for condiments resulted in the server throwing the packets into the bag (missing half). Packets were covered in sticky substance. I asked for clean ones. Got attitude, and employee threw some more sticky ones in the bag, 0 effort to find clean ones or offer to wipe them prior to handing them out.The facility itself was dirty. Feet sticking to the floor as you walk. Bathrooms dirty.Staff need more training on customer service and responsibilities.

It was okay. I went through the drive-thru. All was good.

They have stepped up their service times a lot in the past year. Orders inside of 5 minutes when there is no lineup. The atmosphere only gets 4 stars because it's clean but looks like any other highway road stop on the 401.Parking: Lots of parking in front and behind the building, closer to the 401.
