Bidrage med feedbackI completed a mobile order here. No one even asked why I was standing under the mobile order sign for a good 5 mins. I wasn’t in a rush so I wasn’t too bothered by it. When I was asked by a kind young gent the other 2 ladies decided to turn their heads and then went back to do what they were doing which was mainly prep, and have this poor guy make my order. There weren’t any customers at the drive thru or in the store at that time.The young gent was very pleasant and kind and professional.

The DIRTIEST Tim's that I ever been to! Entire bathroom looked like a war zone with toilet papers on floor, toilet seats, in toilets, no flush in toilets, almost no soap, garbage on floor, garbage overflowed from the garbage can, extremely sticky floor....When I tried to alert the staff, they just flat out not care and 1 even put her hand up signaled me not to talk when I said to her excuse me!If the bathroom is this bad, I am not coming back and for sure no to buy food here as I don't even know whether the staff clean their hands before serving foods and drinks.Do NOT recommend
There was like 8 people working. And no customers. Took a while to get someone's attention. Once someone came the rest went well.
I recently visited Tim Hortons, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and efficient in taking my order. The coffee was freshly brewed and tasted great, just as I expected from Tim Hortons. The selection of baked goods was good, and I particularly enjoyed their donuts and muffins. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers to enjoy their meals. However, the seating area was a bit crowded during peak hours, which made finding a spot a little challenging. Nonetheless, the service and food quality made up for it. I'll definitely be returning to Tim Hortons for my coffee fix and tasty treats.
