The Royal Oak - Whitby

Yesterday my mother and I went for lunch and our experience was less than sufficient. Matt one of the owners came directly to me and offered to make the next visit right. It is really nice to see that people stand behind what they do by making their customers happy. Thanks Matt and I look forward to my next visit to my mother. Follow August 6th. Today's experience was absolutely amazing. Eating was hot, plates were flowing. Our server William was very attentive and friendly and brought us everything we needed. Noah also stopped by to see if we needed anything. Thanks again to Matt for our second experience fabulous, percent today.

I went to the restaurant last night for drinks and food on the terrace. Although the terrace was very crowded, I have no complaints. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the server provided excellent customer service. I will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic time tonight at the restaurant. It was our first time visiting and we were so happy that we did. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great pommes. Good meat cake. Need more servers they were busy. Service could be faster.

I like this place. Dined here recently with a few co-workers. It was very very busy at the time (Friday night) but was still able to get a table pretty quickly. Maybe could use some more TVs. Ordered the nachos, cauliflower bites,and spinach dip. I’ll be back soon!
