Taco Bell - Whitby

INCREDIBLE. We were completely blown away. I have to write more to reach at least 100 characters, so here it goes. The only downside was that they no longer had Baja Blast and were unpleasant when inquired about it. Nevertheless, the service was fast, unlike the Oshawa location, and the food was tasty and hot. Dining at the Whitby Taco Bell is always a pleasant experience. Thank you, guys -Snook Jen.

The restaurant received a poor rating due to an unacceptable wait in the drive-through, despite the good quality of the food. There have been multiple visits to this restaurant, and the drive-through has always been slow compared to other fast food restaurants. However, yesterday's wait was particularly bad, especially during a limited lunch break. It took 21 minutes from the time I entered the line until I received my food, with only 2 cars behind the order speaker when I arrived. Once you're in the drive-through, there is no way out. The parking lot was not even full, so it did not seem excessively busy inside to justify the long wait time. Unsure if I will return, as there are plenty of other excellent dining options in the area.

This is my favorite spot for a fast lunch. The food was delicious and they were very efficient in the drive-thru. I will definitely be returning soon.

My son and I ate at the Taco Bell near Hwy#2 and Thickson in Whitby. The staff is always friendly especially the senior employee who never seems to get a day off as she is always there when come into the restaurant....lol We tried the naked chalupa meal deal. It was good, not great. I was expecting more of a chicken flavour as the shell was the chicken. I would order it again but was initially expecting more. The box meal deal left us completely full so it was great value. Te calories are high, but if it is a cheat day, you can 't go wrong.

Some people knock it as fast food joint with mediocre pseudo Mexican food but y 'now what…? I LIKE IT. LOVE their soft specialty tacos, their fries natchos supreme. The only complaint is their posted menu : it seems to continually change, is confusing.
