Placed an order with Kaspa's Desserts Sunderland tonight through just eat. They're on a roll! Sent 1 item out of the 4 we ordered. Rang up to complain and they said they would send out the three remaining items ASAP. 30 minutes later rang back only to be told they don't have their own driver and there's no way they could have sent out my items and that they made a mistake telling me they could do so. Absolute joke. Kaspa's asked me to get in touch directly after my review. If you have ordered through delivery, the platform you used will be able to help you with any delivery issues that you have had. Unfortunately, we cannot deal with any complaints that are bought through these platforms so we advise that you get in touch with them directly. Kind regards, Adam My response to this Hi Adam, Your reply to the request from Kaspas for contact in response to my negative review is extremely disappointing and a complete waste of my time. As stated clearly on my negative review, both faults were owned by Kaspas Sunderland and completely not the fault of Just Eat. Your response barely pays lip service to my complaint and therefore the only thing that I can do is add your response, and my further response to the original review on Google so that everyone can see that dealing with customer complaints, as well as getting food orders correct, and then completing an order successfully, is not a strength that Kaspas demonstrate Thank you for your time and limited amount of consideration. The guys making the milkshake were not washing the blender after making the shakes. They were just filling it with more icecream and milk to make a new one. I waited there for 15 mins and saw this hapenning non stop and was worried about their hygine level. I would not recommend this branch as dodgy staff working there.

It has a nice atmosphere, there are family places, the employees are friendly, the products are of high quality, the product range is wide, the prices are reasonable.

Great place for a scoop of ice cream in a cone, lovely cakes and coffee
