Garbo's Grill - Whistler

One of the best burgers ever. Very friendly helpful staff. Very recommended short lunch area at the bottom of the slopes.

While exploring Whistler village, we decided to stop for a quick bite at this restaurant at noon. The staff, a group of young people, were very friendly. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn't great as there was no breakfast burrito on the menu, only burgers. I ordered the Burger - Chicken Club for my wife and the Bacon Cheeseburger for myself. Upon seeing how the patties were cooked, I was worried they weren't done enough and the bacon looked undercooked. I regretted my decision to order a burger. However, when our burgers arrived, they were surprisingly delicious and we ended up enjoying them.

A fantastic Rindburger with a good eclectic choice of toppings and sauces. If the staff behind the counter stop socializing with their friends, long enough to pay the people who are willing to pay for a burger, I would give a higher rating.

When it's chilly outside, there's nothing better than a hot and hearty Veggie Burger. This burger alone is worth a trip back to Canada.

Although the service was a bit slow, the burger was definitely worth the wait! The location right at the base of the Whistler Gondola was fantastic.
