The Montecristo Lounge At J•r Cigar

Cigar Shop opens at 10 a.m. The bar and restaurant open around 12, I wish they put it on their website. Drove 45 minutes to meet a customer for coffee and cigars found that I had to wait until 12 for service. You told me I could bring my own coffee, so I went out, Amd did. I sat back, took 2 sips, manager came by and told me that we opened the service now and asked me to throw away my coffee. It was comedy?

Had a guys night and from food to cigars and lounge this place was great! A recommendation is to bring your own knife and torch because they do not deliver. Otherwise the experience was really good

Great place for a cigar and a meal. The staff is attentive and polite. The device is comfortable and welcoming. The cigar shop is well maintained and has a nice selection of cigars. Parking is a lot. Totally great experience.

I have been coming to the lounge for years and have observed the gradual changes over the last 12 months, The current manager, Michael, has definitely made improvements and now runs the lounge like a true business as compared to the prior manager who was simply collecting a paycheck. The service is better, as is the food. and if you ask him a question he has a sensible answer. Additionally he is very visable and interacts with customers so there is now a feeling that the lounge is run by a manager that cares about loyal customers. The current group of servers work hard (even with staffing shortages) to maintain customer satisfaction and should be appreciated as well as kudos to Michael for fostering this environment.
