I placed an order and immediately after realized it was at the wrong store I called 10 times when the guy finally answered who refused to cancel the order, so now I'm being charged for something I was way to far away to get to. Yet he sat there arguing and refusing to refund my order or to help. This was so unprofessional, I have the proof that he didn't answer anytime I called until 6:19pm and I had been calling since 6:05 pm. I refuse to be gas lit by anyone especially someone with absolutely no common sense to not argue with a guest because at the end of the day the guest is the reason you get a paycheck with out the guest your bussiness wouldn't run. I'm disgusted!
They don't take corperate coupons. Which is a bummer as prices have gone up so much.All the staff is really nice and fast.
Gave me the wrong sub. I called asked to speak to a manager. He claimed he was the manager but when I explained my issue. He gave me someone else who also claimed he was a manager. When I told him what was wrong..he basically said I was lying and instead of saying sorry how can I help you..he said I'm the one who made the sandwich. If someone is telling you something is wrong. Your job is to help. Beside the fact. They do not speak or understand English..the least you can do is get an online order right and when someone tells you what's wrong. Help them. Customers make your business. I'm not looking for anything free but I do want what I paid for not what you claimed to give me. Worse customer service
Ordered lunch here got back to my office and it started like there was some cleaning chemical or something on my sandwich to the point my tongue went a little numb. Called the restaurant was hung up on and ignored the several times I called. Someone finally answered and said they were busy and didn’t want to get in trouble and hung up on me. I put 2 complaints into the website and the owner finally called me yelling at me saying in the many years she’s owned the store she’s never had a complaint. She did void my order but told me to never step foot in her store again. Lol no worries. Won’t be caught dead back. I have reported her to the health department and BBB. Watch your food!
