Starbucks - Wheeling

Everytime I come here they get my order wrong and their banana bread taste like mop water.

Today my daughter and husband stopped at the this Starbucks. My daughter ordered a venti strawberry açaí lemonade with no strawberries no inclusion)the order was repeated twice to the barista. When they got to the window, the order was wrong. The drink had strawberries. My daughter politely told the barista that the drink was wrong. The barista took the drink , rolled her eye at my husband and daughter and remade the drink. When the barista gave my daughter the drink she received this. A cup full of ice and barley any liquid. This was made intentionally. Horrible customer service.

The bar is always filthy at this location and they are so incredibly slow, I’ve waited 15 minutes for a drink before. The drive thru is particularly slow.

Ordered a blonde with cream. Something was wrong with the machine or something so it took a while. Which I don't care about much. But what came out wasn't really coffee, it looked closer to slightly dirty water. Then the person poured cream in it and gave it to me.
