River's Edge - Wheeling

Last weekend I had my bridal shower on the second floor and I am nothing but satisfied with the service, food and atmosphere. I want to start by thanking Missy (the manager) for planning my event. She was very accommodating and worked with me to help me stay in my budget. Staff went beyond and beyond to serve the whole party, including special meals for children. Joseph, Megan and Carla were exceptional! The food didn't look good, but it tasted even better, Kudos to the cook! And for the atmosphere that could not ask for a better view! I'm glad I got my event on Rivers Edge.

We had a nice meal here that I'm going through 70. Plenty of space and friendly service, with magnificent views of the river. We had lunch, but there was a nice bar if you wanted a happy hour. Seat in the indoor and outdoor areas and a short jaunt to the old national toll road bridge from which you can see the balcony seat. You need to spread the avocado frits and so inclined for those, store the aioli diving sauce on the Veggie / Vegan Burger, which is good, but just comes. Children's menu also where the little girl had a good grilled cheese. Nice to find and you could not know it from the plain outside! Simple and underlined, but solid and to wish.

Despite some not so great reviews, my wife and I decided to check River's Edge. The food was delicious and the view was beautiful! Service was fast and everyone was friendly. They even decorated in December with Christmas trees of local breeders who looked beautiful! Total great experience!

We were a little bit cautious about the recent bad reviews, but decided to try it. Sitting on Saturday for dinner and sitting on the outside deck. It's pretty clear they're short staff, but who's not today? The staff there was super nice and the food was excellent and came out in time. Will definitely eat again.

Food was amazing. My opinion the best pasta in the area.Parking: Less than 15 to 20 parking spots.
