Bidrage med feedback1/25/24 went today and it seems like this location is back to serving old clod food they throw in a bag. On top of it they missed SIMPLE items on the order.. Like the curly fries I paid extra on the app to have. NO napkins or the sauces I requested on the app order. Then I was in line almost 10 minutes for pick up. Once again it seems the employees ever heard of providing a great or even good customer service experience. They are just fine slopping whatever in a bag and not taking a second look to be sure the order was correct, not OLD STALE tacos, a soggy pita bread, mushy old tomato, and missing items. When you only have a short time at lunch break, you don't always have time to sit and check over everything...especially when you just had a long wait and have to now rush back to work.
Employees were nice. My sourdough Jack was not toasted well, but it was still okay.
What’s the point in mobile ordering if I arrive and then have to wait, says 9-12 mins so why do I wait 15 mins after arriving AFTER the 12 minutes? Maybe they should actually check and not give a “it didn’t pop up” response.
Ok, not the nicest burger I've ever eaten but nice, friendly staff and great curly fries!!
My mom drove to the window after she ordered and then they just ignored her and didn’t even dare to look at her.
