Diabolical waiting time. Got given sundaes at the 1st window and waited at least mins for the burgers. Played a whole album in the drive thru Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The worst burger king in the country. Slow as drive thru. The app hardly ever works here. What's the point in a reward system if you can never use it. Staff look depressed and uninterested. Toilets are a mess. Would rather drive to Tauranga BK. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just sat in drive through for 15mins and got near the window to pay and the car in front still hadn't paid or gotten there food!
