Nicetta - Weymouth

What a find, a simple Italian menu cooked to perfection. Came for Lunch and had a fantastic meal for two (can soooo recommend the Gnocchi Picante and the Spaghetti Carbonara) all finished off with a superb coffee. We ordered a few pizzas for takeaway. They were all very tasty, although some were a little over cooked with a very crispy base/crust. Unfortunately they got our order wrong for one pizza and we had to go back to get it sorted, but they resolved it without any hassle and had a new one ready for us in a few minutes. There seemed to be a lot of confusion when we called as they’ve updated their menu and haven’t done the same for their website. In the past 3 months, I have eaten at this venue 6 times maybe more. Every time I have visited they have been very accommodating and friendly, especially being a lone diner. I will miss this place when my work has finished in Weymouth. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s OK but not exactly a classy joint. It’s not that it’s cheap or dirty but it’s not exactly a comfortable place to sit. It’s a typical “restaurant by the beach” setup, designed to get you in and out as quickly as possible. So just be prepared for that if you do go. The food was good enough although the portion sizes were quite small. With slow table service and too pricy for what you get, I can’t say I’ll be returning.
