The servers are warm and welcoming, serving freshly made and generously sized paninis with perfectly grilled bread. The cafe is spotlessly clean with a stunning view.
This cafe is a hidden gem that I discovered after my daughter recommended it. The journey to the cafe itself was enjoyable, with a scenic drive uphill for about a mile overlooking the coast. Access is through a tunnel with controlled traffic lights to ensure entry. Unfortunately, the espresso machine was not working, but there was a selection of filtered coffee available. The menu looked appetizing, although we did not dine there. Prices were affordable, with filtered coffee priced at £1.50 per cup. The staff was efficient and friendly, making our experience pleasant. This charming cafe is definitely on our list to revisit. For those feeling adventurous, there may be a way to access the cafe from the main road. Overall, a great find that is worth a visit.
Getting to the restaurant may be a bit of a challenge, but the experience is definitely worth it. The food was delicious and was prepared by individuals who have been incarcerated as part of a skills training program. Despite the long wait, the service was a bit slow, but the view from the garden is absolutely stunning.
A brilliant hidden gem with excellent food at fair prices and the views from up there are second to none, that is in November, must be incredible when it's warm too.
