Just back from 3 nights and wow! What a place! Completely child friendly with a very safe environment for the children to explore... plenty to do, rooms are spacious and restaurants on site are very good. We did the 3 nights B n B with 2 evening meals, great value for money! Will definitely return

Excellent family hotel, perfect for younger kids. Kids club is excellent. Food is good and rooms are tidy.

Stayed here with my partner for a weekend and wasn’t sure what to expect when we noticed it was so family oriented/kid friendly as we are both in our early 20s. We were so pleasantly surprised by how much we loved it. The hotel is perfection. Staff couldn’t have done more for us the whole time. Rooms are big and spotless. Location is good (shopping centre/ Tesco less than 10 minutes walk and if your looking for a night out the town has plenty of great traditional pubs and nightclubs. If you have kids, this is the most amazing hotel. There is so much for them to do throughout the hotel, and is in a quiet location which is a bonus for everyone. If I’m being picky, the food in the restaurant is average, but there’s loads of restaurants in the town that were amazing. Would definitely stay again :

Have stayed in many hotels over the years but the Amber Springs tops them all and then some. Could not recommend them highly enough. We were worried arriving with 4 kids under 7 but from the moment we spoke with the amazing Nessa at reception our fears disappeared. She along with so many staff are amazing at their jobs, the staff on the Dino train, kids activities and games room were some of the nicest we have ever encountered. Their attitude towards kids is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Food and staff were amazing in BBG restaurant and service was so fast despite it being very busy over the 4 days. All our kids cried when we left which is the ultimate compliment. Can't wait to book in again next year. It really is an amazing place. We'll done to all

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Has everything you need for the kids cinema, games room, dance club. Kids will never be bored. The rooms are lovely and spacious. There is also a farm outside with food restaurant on the grounds. The whole entire experience was amazing. Highly recommended
