Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - WETUMPKA

1st time I went,totally screwed up my order. Nothing was right. Went yesterday and ordered chicken livers and got home and they were burnt. Place was caotic and sooo unorganized. Has to start with management,,, beware

Inefficient. Incorrect order after going inside, waiting patiently. Paid promptly and extra for my cup of ice. After waiting 3 minutes for popcorn shrimp, which was 20 to 30 mins. Had employee take food out of bag to verify for correctness. It was STILL wrong when I got home. Should have been mild chicken tenders [12 pieces]..WAS fried bone in random chicken. Local number rings with no answer despite several minutes. Love popeyes and was excited to have one locally. Rarely go because it does not please taste preferences of LARGE family. Decided to go tonight for a family dinner of 7 people. Spent hard earned money. Will NOT go back unless major changes are made. The main employee taking orders inside was rude, tapping nails constantly on counter, rushing order, stated the family meal multiple times with TENDERS. Her wording for orders did NOT match the menu that the customer looks at on the actual screen right above the employee. Will need stronger management for this location to even survive in Wetumpka.

Food was delicious! Our last Popeyes experience in Atlanta was not good so we were wary of this visit BUT customer service was great, food was awesome and the store was very clean . Again let me say, the food was delicious. The hush puppy shrimp and chicken sandwich did not disappoint!!!

Decent food but really rude service. The young man taking our order was polite. But the woman working the drive through and helping at the front was really rude. We got our order but my son?s plain chicken sandwich was not in our sack. I stood at the front for several minutes before this woman helped me. Oh, and they weren?t busy AT ALL. Like we were the only people in there. When I say she ?helped? me? I mean she looked at me and didn?t say anything but just waited. I told her we were missing his chicken sandwich and she VERY rudely told me they were making it. I mean I have had some questionable service before but this place takes the cake. I am so sorry she hates her job but it isn?t my fault. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

People working in there were just standing around while we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for some nuggets that were sitting in the trays for lord knows how long before my husband went in there to get our food. They were rude and didn't even give us a receipt. The large mac n cheese is not a large. 7 dollars for Mac n cheese to feed maybe 2 people. I love Popeyes but not worth 30 dollars and 20 mins waiting while we had groceries in the truck.
