DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

We eat in the best dq in Canada, located in sherwood park, but when we went through wetaskiwin today, we thought we would stop for just one bblizzard. the staff was super friendly and efficient. blizzards needed more stir(? like the bottom turtles. were in the top 1/2 of the blizzards and only ice on the bottom. I should've touched it alone. my man was the same. but it still tasted brilliant! on another note the washroom was clean, but there was no soap in the soap dispenser (yuck.)

A selection has always been a favorite of me. How can they go wrong with a peanut buster paper or a simple cone? not a big fan of the burger etc. but this is a personal choice. I know others like them.

My wife and I were twice in the last week at this dairy queen. through the drive thru was painful, the loudspeaker is terrible, the service was slow, the dilly bars first visit) bad, literally looked like they were made by one. preschooler, the same went for the small dipped cone second visit)

I have eaten at many dq, but I refuse to go and not take my grandchildren anymore. the personal is very rude and it's like they have a attitude that they'll do you a favor only by protecting you. they were not able to repeat our order directly after many times of us, so that one girl said something to another staff in another language (not English) and this girl came by and very rude to us and I said forget we want nothing and we canceled our order. I'm not racist, but if I order something in English, I would like to be spoken in English and in English, and the employee to talk to others around me in English. this is not the first time that this happens to her.

I have been to many DQ's, but this is the one that I know will have the usual creamy, dreamy, make-me-happy-any-day Peanut Buster Parfait. The ice cream is smooth, the peanuts taste fresh and the chocolate hits the spot.
