Not Your Average Joe's - Westwood

The westwood location order and pickup was an awful experience..I called and spoke to the receptionist about ordering the 10 dollar cheese pizza special. Advertised on their website for football days. I get to the restaurant and I was told the pizza was full price. I had to wait for a manager to come and talk to me because he was on the phone. 15 minutes later the manager walks over as my pizza is cold from sitting g. He starts questioning me about the special and said it's only for football days. I told him it's Monday night football and your online website lets me select this option for the special price. I told him it was ridiculous that I had to show him this on my phone for proof. He then said he was going to investigate who told me about the special price. Just terrible customer service.

Food was very good, had a fabulous salad. It was a bit chilly in the dining room. Service was wonderful. We had a lovely and patient server who helped take care of the 2 women in their 90s I took out for lunch.
