They don't seem to understand how to serve the drive thru, app and walk in. I walked in, there were 4 employees and zero walk in customers, just me...standing while the 4 employees (aware i was there), just made lines and lines of drinks and tended to the drive in (and giving benefit of doubt here) and app? Either way, could not comprehend balancing this and customers standing inside... soon enough about 6-7 peopleaccumulated behind me as a result of this...at which point someone started to acknowledge, but need to get a system, it was weird.
This looks like a newer Dunkin 's, if bright outside paneling and electronic drive thru menu screens that sense who you are as you pull up (if you 've already punched in an order on the mobile app) are any indication. Otherwise, the offerings are the same: bland coffee, sugary iced drinks, empty carb baked goods, and ultra zapped items.At least service was super quick and efficient when I stopped by recently, with my mobile order ready almost instantly. And, mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin ' Corporate hasn 't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged action shots and other stock photos that don 't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don 't need to shove your food and drink into the photo or massage, fondle, or molest it with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don 't need to call attention away from the food with pointless action shots. Keep all body parts, plaque laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. Got my order wrong. Over charged me for what they gave me. Couldn’t make the proper change – shorted me by over a dollar. Then lectured me on how I hurt their feelings when I pointed out they didn’t give me the proper change.
