Bidrage med feedbackWriting this in real time. Been waiting on line with NO ONE in front of me and 4 ladies working behind the counter. Still no service. After 7 minutes. Update. Got my Large coffee in an indescript cup that is small. To review. One iced Coffee, 4 people working behind the counter. Total in-store time: 21 minutes. Terrible. I 'll be sticking to the fast efficient and significantly more friendly Bridge Street location.
I just want to say I will never visit this location ever again! The woman who identified herself as Eva was unbelievably disrespectful. The customer service I experience was terrible. Being someone who works with the public, I know that's not how you communicate with customers. I simply told her how I wanted a hazelnut coffee and she was quick to say with an attitude if it was hot or cold and what size cutting me off. I was so upset that I did not want to order my second drink for myself. I honestly feel this location needs to reevaluate the people they have representing their business and more training!
Rudest Dunkin ever been to. Staff swearing at customers, menu items not available. Staff Un skilled for job unable to do a refund for charging an item that's no longer available.
Worst carmel frozen coffee I've ever had, I get frozen coffee instead of iced because there isn't really a way to mess it up, but It just tasted like straight cream, no coffee no caramel, it was so nasty I couldn't even drink it. If their customer service was better I would have asked for them to make another, but I could tell the girl hated her job it wasn't worth my energy.
I was just at this dunkin and was almost in tears trying to just order an iced coffee. all the employees were giving me disrespectful looks, comments, and attitude. They kept snipping at me and was honestly the worst customer service experience i have ever had. i work at terrain across the street so i know how ur supposed to treat customers even when ur stressed. never going back. and sad cuz i love dunkin :
