Subway Place Ville Marie - Westmount

The sandwich was average, but my bun fell apart into a messy pile. The server struggled to understand English, making it difficult to customize my order. For a $12 takeout sandwich, I expected better quality.

This is my favorite fast food chain, and I always treat myself when I am traveling as a tourist worldwide and don't have time (or money) to eat at proper restaurants. Unlike other fast food restaurants (which shall remain unnamed), this particular one does not sell burgers, chicken wings, french fries, or other fried items. Instead, it offers a variety of sandwich options with nice bread rolls (five or six different varieties) filled with options like ham and cheese, meatballs, or chicken, as well as a choice of every vegetable imaginable to add to your sandwich. You can have a satisfying meal for as little as $7-8 and still meet your daily vegetable intake. The seating area and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are in the area, I highly recommend stopping by, regardless of your budget.

This location offers a cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of the street and large restaurants. Enjoy a lovely breakfast at Premieres Moisson and easily access the train station or metro from here, as well as explore the underground city.

Unlike other so called fast food restaurants (not to name them), this one sells no burgers, chicken wings, french fries or other fried ****. It`s a sandwich bar. With an attitude. Choice of nice bread rolls (five or six decent varieties) filled with ham and cheese, meatballs, chicken etc. plus a choice of every single veggie you can imagine to add to your sandwich. You can stuff yourself for as "little" as 7-8 dollars and still end up with three or four of your "five-a-day". Seating area and toilets clean. And very friendly and helpfull staff. If you are in the neighbourhood, do pop in. No matter if you`re on budget or not.
