Bidrage med feedbackPretty disappointed in our visit tonight. There seemed to be zero communication between front of the house and back of the house. We had to ask where our sushi order was when we were nearly done our meal. Ordered an extra soup that never came and our biggest disappointment was when our chef completely skipped the tossing of the shrimp. I know that probably seems trivial but when you go to an establishment like this, you are also paying for the entertainment. We very likely won't be back to this location. Pretty good food. Kids get smaller portions which I don’t necessarily agree with. Overall an excellent restaurant and I definitely recommend it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sushi Appetizer, California Roll, Steak Chicken, Seafood Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
Food no taste. Our chef also put yum yum sauce in fried rice to cook on flattop. No other chef does that there. Worse experience I've ever had there. $81 waste for tasteless food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Filet and Scallops Lunch, Chicken Teriyaki, Lobster, Seafood

They love eating, they wait the personal, the cook, but what a laughing strange experience with the hostage of teenagers. So, provided it would wait a bit at the weekend (I have young children and wait around busy restaurants for a table is not the easiest one), I called to see if it, they guess it, "Call ahead." It was said: "We don't do this, you can just come in."OK, no problem. So we show up and after the start to the hostess and say, "here, table for 6 please," she asks: "Have they made a reservation?" I answered, "No, I just called about half an hour ago and said that they did not do this." I said: “Ok, table for six, please.” she answered: “There will be a waiting.” hm I was sure I must have chosen the wrong sakura earlier. double checked my phone to see that it was actually the same place. I approached the host again and asked her, “Do you know someone answered the phone earlier and told me you didn’t phone the seats?” her answer, “that’s true, we don’t. but we take reservations.” at this point I was in use. “What is the difference?” I asked. her answer: “You can reserve an hour before the time.” I had to laugh: “right. ok. but why didn't you tell me that on the phone when I asked if I was sitting in front?” no answer. I went on: “If you told me I would have made a reservation and come to this time instead of waiting here 20 minutes with a party of six including children. Why would they tell me that they are now taking reservations when I'm here personally, but not when I called on the phone to specifically over. Reservations?” she stared at me. “Okay sir, if you think that.” To capture it, I pull their Google reviews and see someone from two weeks before leaving almost this identical assessment. I had to show the host who checked on my phone (I was bored there for 20 minutes.) “Do they know that someone has left a 1 star review for this exact thing?” their answer: “Yes, we are aware of the review.” good. I remain confused.
