Ngoc Suong - Westminster

The restaurant was understated. A waitress and a waitress covered the almost complete restaurant on Sunday night. Dinner was late. The Avocado Shrimp salads (4 orders) were served without dressing. This is the fault of the administration, not the service employees. We reserved the long table for a group of 21 three days in advance, but when we arrived at 18:30 as reserved, another party sat on our table. Bottom line, this restaurant does not seem able to handle large group.

I went to dinner at 5:30. The server (the owner? was rude to hurry to save my table for larger karaoke parties. At night there are 3 small tables. At noon this place is always empty. Bad service. Food is not so special. Karaoke places suck great time.

4 stars only thanks to food, otherwise only 3 stars. This is a Vietnamese restaurant. It is a large restaurant, nicely furnished with decent furniture. I called in an executor and the person who took the order was cordial. She told me it takes 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I went in, this place that can accommodate up to 300 customers had only a table of 4 customers. My food wasn't ready and the server wasn't warm at all. 1/2 hour for a salad and some prefabricated desserts wonder how long it would take if they had more customers. It seems this restaurant survives on catering big parties. Love her mango fried fish salad, which also had red onions, crisp green apple carrots mixed with cilantro in a sweet fish sauce. Also enjoyed their Taro Coco milk dessert. Overall, the food was very good. Service could be better.

Restaurant is clean well decorated. Service is prompt, friendly courteous. Foods taste quite good but some dishes might not be entirely authentic (still good however). We will be back definitely would recommend it especially if you have non-vietnamese guests want a decent place to entertain them.

Great service and food. Great portion sizes for family and party.
