Bidrage med feedbackReally confusing menu and not very helpful staff!Seems like they have a ton of selection but super confusing to select anything from their menu. While dining, we noticed most people (if not all) were ordering fried catfish. As much as I love fish, I am not a catfish person. Other than fried catfish, there's really not much offered here: tiny portions, similar sauces, and really unhelpful staff.Restaurant doesn't offer any bit of atmosphere, it's cramped and not very tidy.
Make reservations ahead of time or be prepared to wait awhile. We waited almost 30 minutes to get seated but it was well worth the wait!Everything was fantastic, especially the seafood hot pot. My kids will never let me forget that I ate the whole razor clam dish by myself while they were distracted, lol.Service is hectic but understandable, it was very busy.Highly recommend would definitely go again!
Ate the seafood hot pot, chicken wings, peppercorn and garlic butter escargot, squid and more. Hot pot soup was a tad sweet, which I didn't mind, it was different and I enjoyed the variety of seafood offered and the sauces added a ting. Lots of flavor in the food. Escargot was a bit slimy for me while I was chewing personally, but it was a good first time for me, the seasoning was nice. The chicken is good contrast to all the seafood. Overall nice experience.
Book a table/RSVP through Yelp to avoid waiting up to 2 hours. Even though I book through Yelp, but can sometimes wait 10-15 mins when I arrive.Foods plenty of options if you love seafood. However, the quality is dropping compared to a year ago, so hopefully, they can improve it.
Food: I ordered their shaken beef, oysters with cheese, lemongrass clams, razor clams with green onions, scallops with green onions and their Thai hotpot. Their shaken beef was so tender and their pasta wasn’t bad-it had a buttery taste to it. I believe OC and Lau doesn’t parmesan while this place does. The oysters were a bit smaller too but maybe it’s not in season. Their clams were really big and the lemongrass flavor was subtle. I really recommend getting some sort of shellfish like clams or scallops and having it with the green onions! Everything came hot and sizzling. Their razor clams were chopped for you so it’s easier to eat. There is a green dipping sauce that I’d describe as a sour-tangy cilantro sauce and they give you Tabasco as well. Their Thai hotpot is worth the price. It comes with vermicelli noodles, fish, quail eggs, vegetables, large prawns, squid and clams.Service: Staff was really nice and caring.Random notes: There is outdoor seating and they are pet-friendly.
