Starbucks - Westlake Village

First time in this starbucks location and besides the new regulations for the pandemic.. Thus place try to keep up with make us customers Happy and welcome.. I hope the day that everything is back to the way is supposed to be...I can come back and enjoy a delicious coffee in the right way sharing with my friends and family sitting in the table and have a great time together.. Thank you again..

They have really great customer service. The employees there are so sweet and upbeat I love their energy. They always make my drink exactly how I want it. Didn’t know if I was at Starbucks or chick fil a based on how sweet they were lol. Much love for this Starbucks <3

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is so friendly and promotes an atmosphere that is welcoming to conversation among customers and between staff and customers and makes you feel familiar. If you come here a few times a week they will remember you. It's like the Cheers of Starbucks. And even when they are out of something or make a mistake, they are very friendly and helpful to remedy the situation. They also make sure to participate in local affairs, including a Thank You campaign for CA fire fighters after a ravaging brush fire season. Love this Starbucks.

I come in for my daily tea. These ladies know me. I come in from next door(yogurt... , and as soon as I come in for my daily tea, they know exactly what I want. Angel even had my refill ready when I came back in! Kudos! Thanks so much for making my day! The grilled cheese sandwich was excellent! I liked it! The cheese, fruit and crackers was good too! The turkey and whatever cheese was good. I got the turkey warmed, but maybe I'll try it cooled. All the workers here are great! They are fast and efficient! Thanks to this Starbucks!

Very nice shop with pleasant employees. I will usually stick with the same coffee for a week or so before trying something different. Whether the drink is great or just okay seems like it depends on who's making your drink.
