Bidrage med feedbackMy family and I had never experienced the Wine Vault before. Sadly, we were greatly disappointed at the service. We got our first round of food and drinks, then basically didn't see our server again. Had to walk around the establishment to find someone for our check. Wine- great. Food- tasty. Noise level was a little higher than expected. Service was subpar at best.
I was taken here by a friend for a special occasion and they made it incredibly special. My wife and I are wine lovers and they have an absolutely delightful wine list. The offer wines from all over the world and what’s even better is that if you ask about the wines they explain anout them in a really friendly way. Not like a snotty som. You should check this place out. As an added benefit, it’s completely locally owned and operated. They have a small menu but it’s delicious.
From the moment I stepped into the Westfield Wine Vault, I knew I was in for a special experience. This charming wine bar and shop, nestled in the heart of our community, is a true treasure for both wine novices and connoisseurs. What sets the Westfield Wine Vault apart is its commitment to creating an engaging wine experience. The staff doesn't just serve wine; they educate and inspire, making every visit both enjoyable and educational (if you want it to be of course). The tasting events are particularly noteworthy, offering a fun and interactive way to explore new wines and regions. Andy and his team do a great job of making everyone feel comfortable. When I first started visiting the Wine Vault, I knew nothing and still had an amazing time.If you're looking for a space to gather and learn about great wine, the Westfield Wine Vault is the place for you.
To say my husband and I love this place is only scratching the surface! I have so many wonderful things to say, and the first is go there yourself and experience it!Andy and his staff are welcoming and educated. I have learned more about wine in the last 3 years going here, than I have in all my previous years combined. I love that now that when I go to a restaurant, I recognize different wines, and am more educated on what to choose with my meal.I love that we can try wines and grape varietals that I have never had before. Before coming to the Westfield Wine Vault, my go to wine was a Cabernet Sauvignon. I can probably count on one hand the amount of times I have had a Cab Sav at the Wine Vault, because there are so many other great options!I feel confident spending a little more money on a bottle of wine, that I know is going to be great, vs taking a chance on spending money on a bottle I know nothing about at a big box store. I also have spent LESS money on a bottle at the Westfield Wine Vault that I did at a high end restaurant!I can also say, the more you go, the better your experience. As Andy and his staff learn what you like, they are able to recommend different wines that will suite your taste. Every time we go in, he has something new for my husband and I to try and is spot on!There is no where else in Hamilton County where you are going to get an experience like you do at the Westfield Wine Vault.I would also highly recommend doing some of the wine education classes or tastings with Andy. Always so much fun and very educational.
This is a little abnormal for a review but in full disclosure I am posting without even visiting because that’s how much of a red flag I saw while reviewing. My wife is a huge wine person and I’m probably a moderately person, next week is our 15th anniversary so I was trying to mix it up and finding something new focused on wine especially being new to the area. This place popped up online so I was intrigued, the website seems inviting but you can tell still a small business. Then I reviewed the wine list and that’s when it went down hill. If you look at the inexpensive bottles of wine familiar to most people and do your research vs online pricing and retail you are paying nearly twice as much if not more, if you look at your more expensive bottles you are paying $100 $200+ more than other online or retails stores. On either end of the spectrum unless someone is a famous Somm or Level 4 Somm with experience and I’m going to see them then why would I spend the extra month? I could buy so much more wine with that overage. Just seems like a place price gouging and doing a money grab, with the advertising of “we’re a small business help us” well with your margins you’re fine even if 10 people show up once a week. It’s sad because we would love a great place to enjoy wine with friends but not for the upcharge.
