Alo Saigon - Westfield

This is my one of my favorite restaurants in Westfield, the food I've been served is amazing, fresh and made to order. Vegetarian options: There are so many delicious vegetarian options. Any vegetarian will be happy with the service and quality of food served to the table.It's a true gem on Elm Street in Westfield. I give that restaurant 10 Stars, not 5. ??

I waited at the table for 19 minutes then finally walked up waited another 5 told her I wanted to eat in the grave attitude when she said you said take out. I tried to still be helpful and take my plate up to her and I was still gonna leave a tip to she in a rude tone said leave it. Never gonna go back to they learn customer service

The food is very affordable flavorful, and you get so much! I paid roughly $19 for Chicken Pho and a huge cup of Thai Boba! Quality Quantity; 10/10. However, the service was quite disappointing and very intimidating. My friend and I had a hard time understanding the Host’s thick accent, and she got frustrated with us very easily. She kicked us out right after we paid, not allowing us to tip, and quite literally said, “get out” as she shooed us away with her hand. Honestly, a cute and affordable restaurant, but the staff selection could definitely improve. Kid-friendliness: The Host seemed particularly rude about younger customers. The moment we walked in, it’s like she was disappointed to see two teenagers.

Food was great plus affordable. The host was very rude and had an attitude the whole time. Got mad at me and my friend because we had trouble understanding what she was saying, and told us to get out right after we paid, didn't even let us give a tip. Won't go back there again.

A surprise and delicious find in the middle of nowhere...small town America. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine with fresh vegetables. We plan on making this our routine stop when we visit from out of town. The price point for the value is amazing in that we had two appetizers and two main course and two drinks for only 35.00! One cannot find that level of delicious Southeastern cuisine or Viet food for that low price. A must try. Parking: Not difficult but you still have to search for good street parking. Accessible but not necessarily convenient parking because limited to traffic and the time and day you visit. But worth it.
