Got the blueberry waffles, banana foster French toast, skirt steak and eggs, lamb meatballs and one other dish, it's pictured but I don't remember what it was. All were great! Skirt steak with the sauce was my fave! I will be back!
The kind of restaurant you'd find in the city, but with less than fifteen miles from farm to fork. I love that there is a list of all the local farms they partner with. It's nice knowing where the pork on your bacon, lettuce, and fried green tomato sandwich comes from.
The food is yummy and there are options for vegetarians and vegans, in addition to gluten free options. I highly recommend the Hannah's field salad. It's made with baby kale, quinoa, apple, dried apricots, toasted almonds, pickled red onion, and apple cider-mustard vinaigrette
The noodles were perfectly and dripping with a bold, but not overbearing garlic flavor. The triangles of tofu were numerous, well-marinated, and perfectly pan-fried. The sweet-yet-rusticity sauce paired with the other textures and flavors of the tofu and noodles made for the perfect bite,
Visiting from Idaho. Great food, big portions, friendly staff, and the food arrived quickly. We may come back to Vermont again for more tree syrup and more 242 Texas BBQ. Loved it!
