Martiny’s Bbq - Westerville

The burnt ends aren’t actually burnt ends… they are just pork butt. They were out of green beans when I was there and the other side didn’t appeal to me. The baked beans just had an overpowering flavor. The hot BBQ sauce was truly disappointing… it literally just tasted like some red wine vinegar with some pepper.If you say you have burnt ends… have burnt ends. If they aren’t actually the burnt ends of the beef brisket then say that.

Little hole in the wall bbq joint with a convenient drive through. Have gone 3-4 times, and each time was great. Recomend the ribs and brisket with the white bbq sauce.

On my way back to West Virginia today I stopped at Martinys barbecue here in Lewis center. They have a very good barbecue menu and I opted for the brisket. My buddy that was with me opted for the pulled pork. Everything was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend if you're traveling route 23 between Marion Ohio and Columbus that you stopped at martinis bbq

What a great experience. The food was so good. The chef turned out to be the owner and is a wizard. I will return.On top of having delicious brisket and ribs. The chef offered me a turkey leg to be a tester.Best test ever.
