Noodle Revolution - Westerly

The first time for our family of 6 and it was great!! Everyone loved every dish. Best Thai / Asian fusion in the area. Good choices including vegetarians.

Let me just start by saying that this place is a local legend. Don't be fooled in the ascetic interior. Noodle Revolution is a top-class Asian fair with strong Thai influence. His dishes would be water maul in Boston, NYC, DC or London, but the lucky ones are in Westerly, CT. From Pho to inventive salads and roasted ice cream, everything I tried to taste a treat. I am not sure where recipes came for their sauces, but they are a treat, a perfect addition to ingredients. Noodle Revolution must come to the most important markets. This is the type of local success that should be serialized.

To eat one of my favorite places in Rhode Island. Noodles look great. Just the right amount of spice.
