Cold Stone Creamery - Westerly

Aside from the delicious ice cream that floats, this Cold Stone has the most incredible staff. A few weeks ago I forgot to give my reward information, and when I returned a few days later, the lady remembered me and updated both of my purchases. Everyone who works there is super friendly, but that experience was especially nice. OMG!

We decided to try the new lemon ice cream because it is dairy-free. It was very light and tasty, especially after a big dinner. However, we couldn't resist adding some toppings. The restaurant was very clean, with no customers inside when we arrived on a Friday night, only workers. They were quick to fix our order and allowed us to sample different flavors before making a decision, which was a nice touch. The service was friendly and made us feel welcome. One great thing about this place is that you can keep coming back and trying different combinations. Tonight, we had the blueberry muffin batter ice cream, and I already can't wait for the next visit. I had a funny moment thinking the door was stuck when I arrived early, and the staff were kind enough to jokingly point it out. They were extremely helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our order. I'm thankful for the great service and friendly atmosphere at this Coldstone in Rhode Island, it's worth the drive from Connecticut every time.
