Dunkin' - Westchester

A man at the drive-thru, whose name we didn't catch, made us feel uneasy by asking to accompany us. The coffee was also unpleasant. This was a terrible experience and we have no intention of returning.

The coffee was not fresh and they repeatedly asked for my name when picking up my order. I would prefer to go to nearby locations instead.

I have visited this restaurant location several times, as it is nearest to my home. Unfortunately, most of my visits have resulted in mediocre service and food. However, my experience today has compelled me to write this review. The young woman at the window (who I believe was initially taking my order before a more professional employee stepped in) showed little regard for me, pushing my coffee out the window with her back turned and handing me a box containing my subpar breakfast sandwich and only three crumpled napkins. She did not say a word to me other than the total, did not place the item in a bag, nor offer one. I wanted to address her directly, but I knew it would have escalated due to her poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I hope that management will emphasize the importance of providing excellent customer service and specifically coach this young woman on how to improve. Having individuals like her represent the front line of your business could lead to the eventual closure of this location if these issues are not addressed.

I go out of my way to get coffee at this location. Fast and friendly service. They serve dark roast. If another DD tells you they don?t have Dunkin midnight, its not true. They just don?t want to make it. The staff here will go out of their way to dothat for you and I think that level of service is awesome.

This has been the worst dunkin donuts I ever been too bad service at its best the drive thru is the worst as if the employee's does not wanna take your order seem to be alot of kids work there definitely need some adult supervision in that place I reallyhope these reviews get looked into if I pay for anything and someone has a bad attitude as if I did something to them no thanksill get coffee somewhere else no one wants a bad review on they business this matter should get looked into
