Starbucks - WESTBOROUGH

I just went here for the first time today. It's definitely different, getting to know the drive thru lanes/ropes for the first time. If it's your first time coming to this Starbucks, there are two different drive thru lanes that you need to navigate. I found out the hard way that the Starbucks lane is the one that's closest to the main building. There is a sign however with arrows that shows which is for Starbucks and which is for Burger King, but there was someone parked in front of the bottom of that sign (not their fault, poor design of where to the place sign, it should be moved higher), so I couldn't see the whole thing, being back as far as I was. Consequently, I got in the Burger King line and ended up having to around the whole building again. A little disconcerting, but a gallant on their part effort at fitting a size 10 store into a size 9 parking lot. Be that as it may my drink was fine, and I'll be back again. Knowing the ropes this time it will be a little less frustrating

I went today 7/27 around 9:30 am to the store and the mobile app had problems and I have coupon on my app and I asked the manager to use it and she told me in a rude way that she can?t use it. It never happened to me in any Starbucks. I will not go there anymore

I just got the most perfect coffee, taste and temperature spot on! Drive thru was fast. Staff were smiling and polite.

I ordered a small hot pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious! Jaida Lise my barista made it. She was very nice and courteous to me. I recommend going there to get your favorite drink.

Do not go inside. They don?t care about serving people that get out of their cars. You?ll wait 15 min for a simple coffee while the drive thru waits 1 min max for whatever their order is
