Wendy's - West Virginia

Every time I try to use the Wendy’s app here for rewards they never know how to work it, so I can never use them. I can’t understand why they would offer something if it doesn’t even work. The dining room inside is also disgusting, you can tell they don’t wipe down tables or clean up the floor area as trash is under every table.

15 minutes so far also there are 4 other cars currently waiting and still no food

It's pretty decent for a Wendy's they're very quick In drive thru and usually on point

French toast sticks are bread cut in strips made into bla French toast. Not very good. Seasoned potatoes are okay. Sausage biscuit was small okay.

Waited in drive through for over 25 mins on 2 small door dash orders. Managers excuse was 3 people went to break at once.
