Panera Bread - West Virginia

I’m really sad to see that my bread soup had a plastic piece of string inside. I’m pregnant and love eating Panera but this is the first time I saw something like this. Please employees who work here be careful with how you heat things or take things out. I literally almost swallowed that plastic string.

They are all ways busy but the orders never get out in time dashers are tired of them

Good food reasonable price. Not as crowded as some.

The food here is just like any other Panera location but I'm most disappointed by the setup of this location. The drink machines are in a tight space right next to an entrance and exit and the bathrooms and a path into the dining area. Can get very congested. They also don't have the blood orange lemonade that some locations have and even the lemonade they have is horribly watered down. So Manager had no sympathy when my sister fell and the girl Kendall told my sister with a nasty attitude that she should have seen the wet floor sign..never asked if she was ok and on top of that they forgot my cookies and the food sucked
