Bidrage med feedbackIn order to catch a ferry to Vancouver Island, we had to arrive at the Horseshoe Bay Terminal in West Vancouver and purchase our boarding tickets. We took a taxi from North Vancouver and arrived with plenty of time to spare before the 1 pm departure of the 'Coastal Renaissance' ferry. This allowed us the opportunity to explore the area surrounding Horseshoe Bay, a bustling and picturesque port with a variety of nearby restaurants. Since we were short on time and unable to sit down for a meal, we opted to grab Veggie Subs from the nearby Subway outlet and enjoyed them on the ferry. This not only saved us money but also spared us from waiting in the long lines that quickly form once the ferry departs. The service at the Subway outlet was efficient and friendly, allowing us to customize our sandwiches to our preferences. In the end, we paid for three meals at Subway for the price of one on the ferry, making it a convenient and cost-effective choice for our journey.
The Subway staff member showed a lack of concern in serving us and did not understand the concept of customer service. Our order was incorrect and the prices were quoted incorrectly. We had to return to the store to rectify the situation. The server's attitude seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. Overall, we were not impressed with our experience.
The credit card machine is consistently out of service. I suspect the employees are keeping the cash for themselves. It's not a great area. The service needs improvement.
Very good service subway. Fast, fresh ingredients. Just what we needed for our trip from whistler to the Sunshine Coast.
Right downtown, near Waterfront. You can catch public transportation and expect to go anywhere for only $2.75 Transfer to a bus, another link on another subway line and you'll get to your destination with just a little planning. Vancouverites are helpful and polite.
