Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Love Red Robin and the cocktails here! Love the bottomless fries! Great and quick service! Thank you!

We have been going to Red Robin in both Colorado and Utah for years. Today i took our sales team to lunch and always order 2 3 baskets of fries to much on while we wait for our meals. The fries were horrible. I mean not even eatable. We immediately asked for new fries assuming these had been sitting. Our server said she was sorry but as of Friday last week Red Robin changed french fry suppliers. My fish and chips came with new fries and they too were nasty. They don't feel like potatoes or taste like potatoes rather they are like cardboard. We all think they are some plant based product. Red Robin is off our list until their fries are changed. Sad because we all love their fish and chips...today we just had fish!

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Me and some friends came and we had to wait at the host area for almost 15 minutes before someone greeted us even tho 3 different employees walked past. We ordered drinks and the drinks took almost 30 minutes to get here and were completely watered down couldn't taste any liquor at all. We just decided to leave after that. Ive had better service at Arby's. Wouldn't recommend at all.

We went this past weekend. When we arrived there were a few people waiting, they said the wait was about 20 minutes ok no biggie. Called back at 15 minutes, lots of empty tables but lots of workers . Sat down was greeted right away , placed our drink orders and about five minutes after that we placed our food order. I will say I know for a fact they have changed where the food comes from, the food we waited about 30 minutes was not hot at all! However the kids meal plate was very hot that I'm glad I grabbed before my grandson could! The person dropping off was like oh sorry and walked away. We didn't see our waiter for another 25 minutes and by that time I had two bites of my nasty grilled chicken sandwich it was rubbery and cold from the beginning I know all they did was reheat it as the cheese was not melted at all. We asked for a box for the kids meal which was the only thing that came out hot and was greeted by another waiter and we paid and left and will never go back. I have read other reviews with almost the same issue and that was last month! Good luck keeping employees and customers !

Recently went to have dinner and the waitress was not attentive. Did not bring us napkins. She came by to ask if we needed anything else and we gave our request drinks, napkins and extra fries. However, we did not receive any of it until after we were done eating. I've worked in the restaurant buisness before and I am well aware of what it takes to have a customer leave a great review. We had to ask a buzzer to bring us napkins. The busser was more attentive than our waitress was. I understand that we all have shitty days however, if you don't like what you do then look for another job that you have a passion for or at least happy to go to work.
