Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I will never eat at this location again. Their service is the worst. They constantly forget part of my order and/or are out of something. Tonight they forgot a whole combo meal when I went through the drive through. I called numerous times to get my missing items but no one answered and inside was closed. There were also out of cups, yet charged me the full price of a combo meal. Seriously the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to.

Had a few orders picked up myself or order through platform. Always missing items, it is better to count carefully whether there is an item missing in your order, or the number of fried chicken is not correct. Today I ordered 12 pcs of signature fried chicken, went home and found only 10pcs.

They are just like every other popeyes nowadays. Nobody speaks great english and orders are always wrong or take forever. I am a delivery driver and always know im going to have to wait about 30 to 45 minutes for an order that was supposed to be already done to be completed. plus the workers hardly ever even greet you until you have been standing there for at least 15 minutes.

Nice staff but over all this location Inconsiderately slow. I’m seeing ahead doesn’t help either, still 15 minute wait.
